21.01.2022 Recently our team completed the following work in Tower 2 at Aspect, Caloundra: High pressure washing Removal of damaged control joints Replacement of new polyurethane sealant to damaged control joints... Replacement of window seals where glass meets aluminium frames Application of two coats of Dulux Acratex Acrashield Advance The work ran very smoothly and the Body Corporate have communicated that several leak issues appear to have been resolved. We have now commenced the same repair work on Tower 1. We are confident this work will also remove some water ingress issues and provide a lasting repair for a long term client of ours.
