21.01.2022 After reviewing our latest Covid safe plan update and consulting with SA Police, we have been advised that VRC cannot open under the current restrictions on "recreation centres". We apologise for the misleading message yesterday and look forward to having better news soon.

17.01.2022 In line with the current Covid-19 advice from SA Health, VRC will be closed from midnight tonight. It seems likely that we will be closed for a period of 2 weeks. We will provide updates as we receive further information.

16.01.2022 Well, aren't we all pleased that ended sooner than expected! Vertical Reality will be open again from 12pm-6pm as normal on Sunday 22 Nov. In line with our covid safe plan, we'll be asking you to maintain social distancing between yourself and other gym users, minimise chalk usage (liquid chalk or a chalk ball, no loose chalk) and use hand sanitiser when changing climbs. Following SA Health advice, we recommend that you wear a facemask, but they are not compulsory. We look forward to seeing you for a climb soon.

08.01.2022 We're open this Monday public holiday from 10am - 6pm. Book your spot now to avoid disappointment at the door!

07.01.2022 With easing restrictions in South Australia, we are now able to allow more climbers in the gym. We envisage that most of the time capacity of the gym will be sufficient, but occasionally we may need to manage numbers during peak times. Members & multi visit pass holders can now come in to climb at any time without booking and climb all day. With this change, we will be unfreezing memberships from today. If you would like to keep your membership frozen, please contact us. Regu...lar day pass users can also come at any time without booking. We do still ask that you make a booking for your first visit to Vertical Reality Climbing so that we can run a belay safety induction for you. We still ask that you use hand sanitiser between climbs and only use liquid chalk in line with the current Australian Institute of Sport recommendations for returning to sport.
