25.01.2022 It was great pleasure meeting the President of Vespa Club Malaysia Mamu Italia and Vice President Danny Saadin tonight in KL. It was interesting to hear the same passion of this newly formed club and meeting some of its members also. We look forward to seeing you again at VWD Bali in July.

24.01.2022 News from VWD Bali organisers: We need to inform you that at this time the Full Entry Registration process is still ongoing, because the number of queue registrants is getting longer and beyond our expectations. This causes the committee to select the completeness of documents submitted one by one. Therefore, in order to maintain a smooth registration process, we from the Committee notify Light Entry Registration will be opened no later than mid-March 2020. For this delay we apologize profusely.

24.01.2022 VCMs first breakfast meet for the year, held in Bourke Street at Self Presentation cafe. It was a good turnout with some new members joining in for their first time. Happy New Year everyone.

The ticket portal for Full Entry tickets ope...ns on 30 December, in less than a fortnight. We will upload all our received Full Entry applications on that morning. So that is a deadline. 22.01.2022 Members: The new dates for VWD Bali and EVD Portugal are set and both will be relaunched in August. As advised, all current ticket holders are carried over to the new dates, BUT we have 2 Full tickets to each event held in reserve in the old prices. VWD Bali AUD$115 and EVD Portugal AUD$155. Prices after August will increase. If you want one now you need to contact VCoA immediately at [email protected] to personally arrange it. (Strictly VCoA members only). 19.01.2022 With the easing of the Covid 19 lock down vespa riders across borders were eager to get out for a ride, especially as the autumn weather has been so spectacular. VCM opened up the weekend with 4 separate rides for members over Sat, Sun & today with up to 10 participants on each ride. VCS had a lovely coastal ride and swim and VCB did a winding ride up the mountain. All rides adhered to the Govt regulation no. of 10 max. and all members kept their physical distancing. We look forward to finally getting all 3 Clubs active again and hope many more members get out on their vespas to join in their Club events.

19.01.2022 Members, this is the latest announcement from Vespa Club Portugal regarding the EVD event in relation to the Corona Virus situation. Dear all, At the present moment we are considering every aspects of the health problem we all are dealing with. We are working having in mind the EVD date as announced but always respecting the guidelines of the National Health department and the VWC.... Lets hope the situation evolves positively! 16.01.2022 UPDATE: As promised, all registrants to either Portugal or Bali events have now been sent an email. Please read it carefully. Check you junk mail if you havent received it. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Vespa World Days Bali 2020 has been postponed until 3-6 June 2021. European Vespa Days 2020 has been postponed until 1-4 July 2021.... All current paid registrations have been carried forward to these dates. If you are unable to attend these dates, it seems that some form of refund may be available after July of this year. I will be writing to all registrants shortly by email once I have digested all the documentation I have just received from the VWC Board. 11.01.2022 Yesterday, at Vespa Club Brisbanes corporate sponsor Amici Deli cafe, Vespa Club Brisbane conducted their AGM where many exciting topics were covered by the 15 or so members who attended. Discussions on VCBs 2021 Steve Baker Memorial Rally 2021 camping weekend on Stradbroke island were in the agenda. Open to Vespa Club members Australia wide. Come and join them. Also re elected Existing comittee remained in place with election of Michele Di Leva (ex VCB president) back on the board as a General comittee member. VCB growing from strength to strength

Secretary/Treasurer: Greg Pond Communications: Steve Buckland This year has been quite extraordinary with all the Covid 19 regulations across Australia. It has affected the activity of all the Clubs in one way or another, but we look forward to sharing what each Club is up to accordingly.
