Not all masses are created equal......some are more equal than others! It is therefore important to characterise each and every mass. 24.01.2022 Peter-Pickle was in this morning for his final puppy vaccinations. Just noticed the FIV vaccine flyer that was not supposed to be in this picture. Anyway, as a side note cats have been found to travel long distances , with cats being so territorial, there is always a risk of a punch up with some other cats and they cross paths. FIV or feline AIDS is transmitted mostly through cat bites.For 100% indoor cats we always say ' if you don't go out looking for trouble, trouble will ...come looking for you!' . It is not uncommon for cats to be attacked in their own back yard or balcony. Cats are very territorial and they often defend 'their' territory with intent! Unfortunately, this often leads to diseases like 'cat AIDS' which unlike the human form, is transmitted via cat bites. 03.01.2022 Snowy was here for a follow up visit after removal of a tumour on the nose. These tumours (squamous cell carcinoma)are thought to be associated with prolonged exposure to uv rays ( sun). The owner also reported that he had become slow and aggressive, resenting pats on the back. X rays revealed moderate to severe arthritis on the lower spine. He has since made a turnaround after the introduction of pain meds.
