The adventure of two British journalists to the rebellion in Matabeleland, Africa. Whilst in Africa their vehicle, a 1900 Panhard, is stolen by a tribe of monkeys that create havoc in the jungle before the vehicle is destroyed. Includes 67 colour illustrations (many of which would now be considered inappropriate). It is claimed that Hergé based ‘Tintin in the Congo’ on this book. Have you read this book?
