11.01.2022 Today we completed a Chart Review for a Veteran who booked in for a Permanent Impairment Assessment after initial assessment with an RSL Advocate. He had 10 claims in, but it was a mix of Orthopaedic Conditions that seemed like it had missed some obvious claims - he had the less common ones in there but was missing some commonly linked and earlier conditions, or so it seemed to us. A Chart Review of his UMR and JEHDI file revealed a likely additional 12 claims - 9 high yie...ld ones, and 3 less impactful ,but still important to claim. https://vhc.org.au/30-nov-12-dva-claims-found/
