25.01.2022 Try up with Vetpoint Mobile Vet Instagram for the first time. Today first morning house call with four gorgeous toy poodle for their first vaccinations and microchips ;) they are so adorable and cheeky, guess they like my socks and shoes with those little baby teeth kind of ticklish but it's quite sharp! I don't mind that at all.

18.01.2022 Agree with the points and also check out the food therapy, very effective in repelling cold pathogen at initial stage (first 3 days). Something that can be done at home ie. Cinnamon (ceylon) 1 stick, licorice root few slices, red date (cut open) 4-5 , bai shao (white peony root) 10 slices and fresh ginger root brewed in boiling water and drink it as tea.

17.01.2022 Give me a Like if you agree! As cat or dog owner, I think we love all cats and dogs but I have this very special soft spot for old geriatric pets. I think the old pet is a good teacher for us in life. Our geriatric pets grow more white or grey hairs, they walk slower and less agile, but they deal with ageing gracefully and they do not have much worries. They are wiser, less demanding and easy to feel content. They always stay positive and always caring and becoming more selfl...ess. Sometime I can feel like they want to live longer for their owners more than for themselves. They are always calm and they are good meditators. Every of them has a story behind and I do remember them. Feeling abit regret now that I have not been good to take photos with my geriatric patient to keep as memory..,now if I come visit again please don't mind me to take few shots of your pets! You are welcome to share your story here with us. See more

16.01.2022 I believe in acupuncture and use it in my patients and myself (by qualified human acupuncturist of course!) ! With all the driving and hard work, me too get sore muscle and joints! I think human acupuncturist is much an easier job as they can put the needles in most area, including the most sensitive part my finger (to treat my sore foot, and it's called mirror technique).

15.01.2022 I remember reading a fact that average human can't remember more than 200 names. Look at this extraordinary dog, that prove again dogs have intelligence and memory! Wow

12.01.2022 Feeling mix emotion right now It's always encouraging to get positive reviews from clients. Being an alternative medicine practitioner, it is not uncommon to be told by owner that the pet might be euthanised if my treatment fails as I am the last option left. That's why I always have to thrive to do everything I can to help and save them. I am so happy to know this little man is recovering well. Other than this case, the owner of the Doberman who had been itchy over a year... and after everything else fails had contacted me. She emailed me saying her dog in the first time ever had not been scratching or licking after two days of commencing the treatment tailored by me (yeah!). This week i have good positive treatment response from an anxious dog, unhealed wound in a active puppy, diabetes in a cat, hyperthyroidism in cats, kidney disease in a dog, dry eyes and suspected liver disease in a dog, digestion issue (many) dogs, etc but I also have to say goodbye to a couple of senior patients. As much as we want to prolong the life of our pets but sometime it's inevitable that we have to accept death. Over these years I learnt that death is also one way of healing. When nothing can be done at least we care until the end. It's that intention that count. Only people who owned a pet understand the feeling of losing a pet. They are not just a dog or a cat, they are also a part of us and that loss is like a piece of your heart being taken away. I think I still have that wishful thought to heal as many pet as I could, just like when I was a small kid having that initial childhood dream. To the owners who have their pets recovering from sickness and chronic problems, I want to thank you for your trust and we won't be success without your care and co-operation. For the owners who lose their pets, please remember they were being cared for until the end and they remain in our heart forever. We should celebrate our good fate with them and thank them for being a part in our life. See more

10.01.2022 I saw a gorgeous 10 years old Bull Arab girl in June because she was limping over weekend. Owner thought she has old age arthritis and called me for house call visit. After all check up and palpation of the bone I told the owner I suspect it might be bone cancer. Few days later the radiograph from the referral clinic really came back "positive". After much discussion with owner we decided to work together to treat this nasty problem without amputation. We put her on strong pa...in relieve and herbs to control the cancer. It was not an easy task at the beginning. Luckily we have very dedicated owners and we made adjustment of medication along the way I think we finally have stabilised her condition and control the pain. The email I received yesterday "She seems quite happy which is good to see, Thank you for all of your help, we will keep in touch" ! In these conditions, we really need constant communication and dedication from both vets and owners! See more

07.01.2022 Didi is a four year old Samoyed and he had chronic paw inflammation and infection. After some modification in his diet, his owner told me the paws do not seem to have any problem anymore. She sent a few nice photos to me and I thought it's nice to share.
