21.01.2022 Just wanted to share this in this forum. As leaders we often find ourselves trying to be right to justify our position as leaders. I was guilty of it only yesterday. If we can realise that especially in our jobs, it's not about who is right, but that we get it right for the sake of our patients and their owners. Have a fantastic day

06.01.2022 Vetwest Clinical Support is now online! Check out the BOOK NOW button at the top of this page or my instagram @drjaredaddison to see when I am available and what I can be scheduled for to provide you and your team with support! The purpose of this Facebook page is to make myself more available to Head Vets and Practice Managers and so it is easier for them to access the support function of Vetwest. Similar to an online dinner reservation, you can simply book clinical support... at a time that is free. I have estimated what I believe to be appropriate times for the support being asked for but part of it will depend on which clinic and the notice period I am given. For this reason the request needs to be confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled by me. My hope is that if Head Vets and PM's support it, that our vets can then start booking me for remote US exams and asking for surgical support etc. I am aiming on having more clinical support in the new year and I want us to have a good system for asking for that support. For those more tech savvy you can also book me through my instagram. Any urgent advice or case support that is required please continue to call, but logistically I am hoping this makes the process a little smoother.
