22.01.2022 Just keep going...one step at a time, one day at a time but just keep going! That’s the attitude I’ve taken up this year after I broke my shoulder at the end of March. It’s been a tough few months but I’ve kept going and never given up on my journey.

20.01.2022 NEVER GIVE UP End of March 2020 I broke my shoulder quite badly, that 1st pic is me high on morphine in Emergency. Five long months later today I rang the Coach @bondifit @bondispot as I wasn’t confident if I could run ...2nd pic is today having my 1st shuffle around @centparklands in 5mths - only 2km shuffle but it was worth every jarring moment with my Coach Over the last 5 months, I’ve learnt a lot about myself and how I’ve managed to remain positive throughout t...his whole ordeal. I’m not but I’m nearly there. What’s helped the most....all my great family & close friends who have called, text, had me over, picked me up and just been there, can’t thank you all enough #grateful #family #friends #coach @ Centennial Parklands

08.01.2022 I would absolutely love to have a dog again. My first ever dog was a Labrador and he was the best dog ever in my eyes. He loved me, even when I was in trouble & he loved me when I was not. He was such a loyal, fun loving dog and I’ll never forget him love your dog every day
