24.01.2022 VHP Cricket Club organised its first family event to launch the 2020-21 season with an exhibition Mums & Daughters cricket game. It was a high scoring gam...e (96 in 12 overs) with nail biting finish where both teams showed extraordinary gusto and talent. Motivated by the ‘Nari Shakti’ the men couldn’t resist having their own game (240 in 12 overs) after lunch and some amazing partnership by two new batsmen. We are feeling blessed to launch our Women’s Cricket Team which will participate in South Australian Cricket Association tournament this season. Thank you to Venkatesh Gopal, Sanjiv Satija ji and all players and families for making this happen. Jai Shri Ram

15.01.2022 Hari Today VHP’s first ever Women Cricket Team played its first formal SACA cricket tournament. They played really hard and fair and scored 93 runs in 12 ove...rs. The girls took some catches that even most men would miss and dived to save boundaries by throwing their body behind the ball. Stellar effort by each player with Nari Shakti in full glory.
