25.01.2022 Our updated timetable for our outdoor classes this week. All at Woodwood Oval, I do need numbers for classes using equipment so please post or message if you haven’t. I have added a Friday 9am hiit class this week which will be in the shade on Phillip street side. Oh and don’t forget your cool drink and towel

24.01.2022 Take the stress out of your Christmas lead up with a few classes this week. If you can jump on and book that’s awesome but if you aren’t sure of your schedule and get that free 30 - 60 minutes we would love you to just show up. Keeping busy and active will ensure your fitness goals stay on point come the Christmas break

22.01.2022 I have had to cancel this Saturday’s XFit class, 26/9 at 8am. I am really sorry to our awesome early morn cross fitters but I have a daughter playing her first League Tag Grand Final in Dubbo Sat morning. I will have to find a big workout to make up for it the next Saturday. Pump at 7am is still on.

19.01.2022 The council are doing some work out the front of the gym this morning and we will have our water turned off during the 9.30am class. So no taps/toilet .

If you are unable to make a class please message as early as you can so that your spot can be filled. 15.01.2022 Thankyou all for helping create the safest group training gym we can by staying home when unwell, social distancing, sanitising and cleaning any equipment we use. Everyone plays their part and in doing so we are able to keep smashing out some awesome workouts together. 11.01.2022 It is that time of the year Spring Vibes are in the air and there is no better week to kick off a bit of a spring clean for your mind, body and soul than this week. We would normally be embarking on a spring challenge which has always resulted in awesome results. Results are always effort driven and a direct product of consistency and that effort you put in every day. This year has been extremely challenging and even though we are unable to have an official challenge wh...y not set yourself a September timeline to get moving more, clean up your diet, create healthy habits through consistency and be accountable. Make your plan, put it to paper in a journal, plan and be prepared with your meal and snack choices, be organised, and most of all do what you plan! No excuses!! We have our full current timetable on offer, jump on and book your classes and have an awesome week. It might not be easy to start but once you do you will have no regrets. See you in the shed (Don’t forget your change the month to September on the booking app )

10.01.2022 We are going to get moving this week outdoors at Woodwood Oval. Please bring your own towel, drink bottle and yoga mat for Metafit if you would like extra cushioning underfoot. I do need to know numbers for steps and to plan our circuit for Friday/Saturday xfit (which will be mostly bodyweight), so please post or message me. I hope that we will be back in the shed next week but for now we will have some fun outdoors. Please note we won’t have toilet access. Message if you have any questions or concerns. EDIT: All classes will be at Woodwood Oval, western side in the shade for afternoon classes, morning hiit classes on the cricket practise turf and xfit on the oval also. Classes are $10 or $35 for as many as you can squeeze in.

10.01.2022 It’s fabulous news that we can increase numbers in our group fitness classes from tomorrow , we will be limited by equipment only as we are lucky to have such a big space to train in. I will keep our booking system in place as I love the idea that having to book your training in means you are making a plan for your week, you are prioritising yourself and will be more accountable to do what you say. Throughout every challenge we have run at Vibe, the awesome results peopl...e have achieved has been due to consistency. So don’t make excuses over the festive season to not move those muscles. Stay true to your goals, exercise because it will make you feel strong & happy, plan to enjoy your Christmas party or those festive snacks in a way that doesn’t lead to guilt and self sabotage & the best part is you always get a new day! It’s time to finish 2020 in a positive way, so stay healthy and happy and book yourself in. See you all this week in the big shed

06.01.2022 We were having such a positive start back into some awesome training after our Christmas break. After a rippa of a Saturday morning xfit class I took a pic of these chicks that absolutely smashed out a really tough workout. This is what our training has always been about, a mix of fitness levels and capabilities but everyone just does their best and is supported by each other. So we have started this new year with determination and a hunger for being our best. I love that. S...o I’m going to hang onto that after the afternoon storm yesterday caused chaos to our plans for a moment. Unfortunately we will have to close for a few days while we sort out our training space, which was under water yesterday , but I will keep you all posted and we will be back ASAP. If the weather is ok I may be able to get some training outdoors happening this week. Thanks everyone for your support and this is a pain in the arse but we got through it 2 years ago and it’s always a chance to improve and come back stronger. See you all soon and thinking of everyone who has been affected by the crazy storm.
