08.01.2022 THIS is how I keep my goals in the front of my mind, to help keep me focused. You know that old saying, Out of sight, out of mind?... Well, this is how I keep my goals FRONT AND CENTER. Just like you I am looking at always improving and being the best version of myself everyday is a new day! I start my morning off with my morning rituals I say a little prayer to Start of my day then I read my affirmations on my mirror and I start my mornings with good vibes then I go to the beach to get some fresh air. How I stay in front of my goals I take progress photos I take progress photos every 2-4 weeks to keep me motivated because sometimes we can get fixated on the numbers on the scales and forget how we are feeling and how we look! And I look at them every time I feel like I’m not improving and I read my affirmations on my low days! So for me routine and rituals is important it helps with my mental health and well-being
