18.01.2022 Newborn squishy goodness here this morning! Little Flynn loves his Mama Kate, who did a wonderful job cooking him up. He’s chubby and extra cute! Our Naturopath Elysia worked hard with Obstetrician Dr Rob Butler from Eve Health to help Flynn reach full term. He’s adored by his big brother and Daddy and Kate is glowing.

02.01.2022 Asthma? Allergies? Headaches? Chemical sensitivities? Consider your air quality. A lot of air fresheners and diffusers use artificial perfumes and chemicals like phalates which can be hormone disrupting and irritate the airways. In a small area like the toilet room, the chemicals from some air fresheners stick around and build up- and can affect your health. Orange powder is great- just orange essential oil. When mine runs out, I fill it with water and 20 drops of peppermint essential oil and reuse the spray bottle. It really works well to cover up undesirable smells! Elysia Humphries- Naturopath
