25.01.2022 I can't wait to share my classic end of your compilation routine this week! I have put together some of my favourite Nia tracks to create the best festive season dance party ever!! 12.01.2022 It's that time of year again where we gather together to give thanks for the many blessings in our lives. Last night we celebrated a year of Nia, music, movement, magic and love. Through this very strange year these beautiful women continued to support me and each other. It's surprising the way the restrictions led to new opportunities, new learnings, new ways of being. For me personally, I received so much fulfillment from meditation within a loving, like-minded group ...of friends. Many revelations also came from receiving the knowledge, wisdom and expertise of my friend, Lis Addison Music. Sharing the practice of Kinetic Voice in 2021 is so exciting to me. I know it will enrich the lives of my commUnity the way it has mine. Thank you, Lis! In class yesterday, we explored finding our edge, going a little higher, deeper, stronger... conditioning and nurturing our bodies, minds, hearts and spirit. We have one body, it is precious. We will never take our health for granted. Love your body....love your life. Next week we will celebrate the festive season in class. Always fun!!! 07.01.2022 I hear the sleigh bells ringing! It must be nearly Christmas time! And my beautiful Nia tribe know what that means.... time to dress in your craziest, sparkliest festive clothes and come and dance to my Christmas compilation play list... It's a joy overload!!! 06.01.2022 Who's coming with me for a week of Movement Music and Magic at Kingscliffe???? This is absolutely the gift to give to your body mind spirit and emotions! And in such a gorgeous setting!!!

06.01.2022 I'm not sure which will be louder.... my voice or my knees knocking from nerves!!! On Saturday 17 July 9:00am to 12:30pm at the Wooli Street Hall, Yamba, I'll be offering my very first Kinetic Voice workshop!!!!!! I feel that many of us, particularly women, have lost their voice. It is so important that we speak our truth and be listened to with respect. Personally, I believe the world would be a more peaceful place if there were more female leaders. This is not to disr...espect those men who are leading with wisdom and compassion. At this workshop we will feel the pure joy of singing and dancing in community, our voices rising as one, every voice important. Kinetic Voice is a sacred practice that blends chakra chants, body chants, heartbeat rhythms and the influence of African dance delivering joy, wellness, connection and healing. To raise the vibration even further, the creator of Kinetic Voice, @lis.addison will be "Zooming" in during the morning to share a KiVo class with us, masterfully blending all of the elements of the practice for us to experience and enjoy. 04.01.2022 It is while I am dancing that I feel most myself. Life dancing me. Have a beautiful day everyone.

01.01.2022 What a glorious class this morning! Nearly all of my beautiful circle of women were back to experience the joy of Nia together! Our focus.... Flow! Sensing flow from step to step, move to move, song to song and then stepping out and sensing flow in life. The Deep Dive routine is so perfect for sensing flow! And when you consider our bodies are made up of up to 60% water it feels right! But did you also know that the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, the lungs are about 83%, the skin 64%, muscles and kidneys 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%!!!! It reminded me that as we go through life we sometimes encounter obstacles but, just like the river, we can find a way to flow around. I am so grateful for my community and the beautiful women within it. Dancing with you must be one of the greatest joys of my life.
