22.01.2022 Here I am in Cairns, about to attempt my second 70.3 (1.9km swim, 90km ride, 21km run). I got off to a stressful start with my bike not arriving on the flight with me. It showed up eventually, a day and a half later, but that threw some of my logistics into chaos. It’s the kind of thing that messes with the head of a list-making, box-ticking nerd like me I feel so nervous and wonder why I put myself through this...ask me after the race ... OK...LFG! I’m lucky to be here. #cairnsironman703 #lakerstriathlonclub #triathlon #challengeyourself

03.01.2022 This week I chat with former Australian road cycling champion, Kristin Lewis, about his cycling career, the importance of fitness, especially as we age, what you can get out of indoor spin classes (whether you’re a pro cyclist or a beginner) and much more. Kristin is insightful, organised, modest and kind. I ask him how he crams parenting four daughters, being a husband, cycling, being a business owner and personal trainer into his life...it seems an awful lot. The answer is routine and Kristin shares how he approaches that with us.
