20.01.2022 The Academy’s Feng Shui Course begins again this year in July in Melbourne. A dynamic & comprehensive 2-year training program that examines all the philosophy, principles and applications of Feng Shui. It begins with a free Introduction on Saturday July 20 (11am - 4pm)... 19.01.2022 The current Eclipse cycle certainly has potency. The Lunar Eclipse in Leo (hence Sun in Aquarius) partners the challenging Solar eclipse in Capricorn 2 weeks ago. The Lunar Eclipse yesterday is in the first Degree of Leo, auguring a time of new individual beginnings and based upon self realization, and being true to oneself. The themes of these 3 signs can suggest... 1. The turmoil and chaos of local, state, federal and world governments (Capricorn) 2. Leo: who am I and what do I want and how do I authentically want to express myself in the world. you may be breaking free from any outmoded structures 3. Aquarius, anything to do with the community / group, what group am I a part of that shares my ideal and do I want represented by government When we put these 3 things together, we may feel like the turmoil and lack of relevance of most governments is making us break away and, being true to ourselves, how do we want to be represented. Hence the rise of women, minority parties, and the surge of independents and rebels as they represent the issues, needs and interests of many of the group. The outmoded structures of existing Government are now ending. They will end or have to transform now to meet the needs of the group and the environment How does this then reflect the incoming energy for the Year of the Pig. Firstly, the Pig is first animal sign of the next 3 Water element season of years. The first sign of any element suggests the internal urge or external enforcement of new beginnings. This may come from deep within as water in Chinese Astrology is a ‘psychological’ element. We may be feeling deep impulses to move in directions that are in accord with our true nature and soul, and to feel more connected and participate in things that are meaningful. Then we can feel more connected in a group. The water element also challenges us to psychological growth, to face our fears, limitation and obstacles, that leads to growth, strength and autonomy. Also, the urge to learn and understand, a time also to break away and have time to self. Water is an element that focus’s our attention inwardly, for personal growth if you like, and the development of depth. Literally You may feel like taking some time to be near the water

Thanks to Brian and the organizers for the opportunity Feng Shui, Astrology and Climate / Fire Crisis 'As we are all aware, our country, as well as many other places in the world this year - the Amazon, North America, Central Africa and across Europe, are in a state of crisis because of the bush fires, with the landscapes, ecologies and forests being decimated. ... In this lecture I will draw upon some of the fundamental philosophies and principles of Feng Shui pertaining to the essential components and configurations required of a landscape. In the classical Feng Shui texts, prosperity / wind chimes etc are not mentioned but what is emphasized are the right formations of landscapes, water, vegetation that enhance, generate, gives foundation to, and fortify life. 11.01.2022 I am doing a lecture at the Victorian Astrology Association on Saturday February 15. It will focus on the Year of the Rat as well as a significant component on the interwoven themes of Feng Shui, Western Astrology and Climate / Fire Crisis, which is so relevant at the moment. What insights from the discipline of Feng Shui can be valuable in the context of landscape recovery and restoration. This will be associated to the planetary archetypes.
