25.01.2022 There are 23 units at Viciniti split over two buildings. Between the two buildings we’ve created a garden area for residents to relax, meet their neighbours, and leave the hustle and bustle behind. This garden space also provides a beautiful outlook for the units that overlook look it. Something that you don’t often get in smaller apartment developments.

21.01.2022 As we’ve spoken about before, it often comes down to an allocation of space when it comes to apartment layout and floor design. Working through the floor design we’ve been able to maximise the living space of this studio. Even though unit E22 is a studio we have maximised space with a full-size kitchen, storage, and a large living area opening out to a balcony. Ideal for a doctor or nurse and how good is the rhyming at the end of this video!

Within this floorplan we decided to enhance the views over Brisbane Waters with a large kitchen and dining area. With the trade-off being a separate toilet and no ensuite. Allowing more entertainment options while still providing privacy for guests.

03.01.2022 It is always a beautiful sight when you see moving trucks arrive, as it means families are starting to move in. Many residences have commented on how similar the original renders are to the completed building. A testament to the efforts that both Mars Building and the developer Lachlan have made.

03.01.2022 In a number of the units at Viciniti we included extra-large island benches. What this allowed for was not only a larger surface to prepare food and entertain from, but also additional storage space for those items that you only use occasionally.
