25.01.2022 Today we hosted our first virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to COVID-19 restrictions and our commitment to health and safety. The meeting heard that despite the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has presented in 2020, Vicinity remains well positioned for future growth when economic conditions stabilise and our strategy remains unchanged. Our CEO and MD Grant Kelley told shareholders: Vicinity is well positioned for recovery. Our gearing level is low and we have signi...ficant available liquidity. There are COVID-safe plans in place at all of our centres. We have leading technology and data analytics capabilities, and a high-quality portfolio, with a number of longer-term value value-creating mixed-use development opportunities. 24.01.2022 Today we provided an update for the March 2020 quarter, including our ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grant Kelley, CEO and Managing Director, said: Operating our business in a manner which protects the safety, health and wellbeing of our team members, customers, retailers and the broader community is our highest priority." Vicinity continues to put in place measures to support the recommendations of federal and state health authorities, which are necessary to saf...eguard our community during this period of COVID-19 containment. Mr Kelley added: Our teams are highly focused on ongoing recovery and providing customers and retailers with the opportunity to return and reconnect to our centres in a safe manner. Over the past week, we have seen early signs of a recovery in centre visitation, as restrictions have begun to ease. Retailers who closed their stores voluntarily in prior months are beginning to reopen for trade, with 530 stores reopening in the past seven days. We continue to work with our retailers to support them during this challenging period and have been focused especially on our smaller retailers. 23.01.2022 This International Women’s Day we had the awe-inspiring experience of learning Australian humanitarian Moira Kelly’s story. Our teams heard about the positive impact Moira’s made in the lives of over 200 disadvantaged and sick children, and in providing a safe place for displaced and voiceless women. Moira inspired us to be the author of our own story, to create pathways for others, and to do ‘little things in great ways’. What role can you play in creating a more gender equal world? #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2020 #EachForEqual #wisdomdoesntcomeinsuits

Our CEO and MD Grant Kelley said: With borders re-opening and the return of domestic tourism, along with a steady increase in workers returning to CBD offices, this should support improved retail conditions across Australia. Our team ...is focused on the ongoing recovery and is committed to providing our customers with safe and enjoyable retail experiences. Over the past week across Melbourne centre visitation has returned to 79% of the prior year level. Mr Kelley added: We are confident that visitation across our Melbourne centres will continue to rebound, repeating the trend observed in other markets in Australia where the virus has been largely contained. 20.01.2022 In Victoria we’re playing our role with new enclosed drive-thru COVID-19 testing units now open at Chadstone The Fashion Capital and Northland Shopping Centre. These new units are all about supporting the State Government’s testing blitz with 100,000 tests expected over the next two weeks. Set up in our car parks away from customers, retailers and visitors, people are being tested in their cars as they drive-thru. Crucial to Australia’s COVID-19 response, these results will give a clear picture of how the virus is spreading and results will help inform any potential easing of restrictions as we move towards recovery.

18.01.2022 Our FY20 results, announced today, saw a solid first half operational and financial performance and a second half impacted by COVID-19. Our CEO and MD Grant Kelley said: FY20 was an extraordinary year of two vastly different halves. In the first half, we achieved solid financial and operating performance and continued to strengthen the quality of the portfolio. The majority of the second half was significantly impacted by the effects of COVID-19 on our business and our indu...stry. We posted a net loss of $1.8 billion for the 12 months ending June 30 while on a security basis our FFO was $520.3 million or 13.7 cents per security impacted by the effects of COVID-19, which included anticipated rental waivers to be provided to tenants, partly offset by cost saving initiatives implemented as part of Vicinity’s response to COVID-19. "While the pandemic impacts continue to be challenging, particularly in Victoria, we have seen that consumers want to return to shopping centres quickly when COVID-19 restrictions ease," Mr Kelley said. Our strategy for the long term is clear. We will continue focusing on market-leading destinations, realising our retail-led mixed-use opportunities, and leveraging third party capital.
