There are many swimming activities we can develop including breath control through cup conditioning, back floa...ting, tummy time and water exploration. But a serious warning. Many children under five drown in bathtubs each year. Never leave baby, toddler or preschooler unsupervised in the bath. Even if only for a minute. Pull the plug immediately after use. See more

05.01.2022 That feeling when you’ve been patient and consistent with your child’s swimming lessons and the result is this. Our program works on technique from an early age, making sure kicking legs are on top of the water and the child is pulling the water properly. Seeing this little 3 year old so confident and enjoying his backyard pool is ABSOLUTE GOALS.

01.01.2022 Earlier this week, NSW Health announced that pools of 25m or longer could recommence Squad training. This announcement included some very tight restrictions, most notably the 1 person per lane rule. Mark, Sarah and Rachel have worked non-stop since the announcement to organise sessions to include as many swimmers as possible. We are so excited to be able to get these kids back in the water and we want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding as we try and give as many people as possible a spot! Learn to Swim has NOT been included in this announcement and there is no word regarding a recommencement date for this at this stage. Thank you everyone for your support!!!
