08.01.2022 How do I use my essential Oils? Well I’m so glad you asked. ... Always use a carrier oil when applying to the skin to avoid skin irritation. If you use a strong dilution you risk skin irritation and sensitivity. No #1 rule ‘Less is best’ ....and Stronger isn’t always better. It is much safer to reapply than have a blend too strong as the molecules of the oils will remain bigger and will sit on the skin instead of being absorbed.
