22.01.2022 CANDLE CARE BURNING GUIDE & SAFETY I feel as part of my Candle making its vital to educate people on how to burn a candle properly and safely!! Firstly never let your candle burn right down to the base of the jar!! Always leave about 1 cm of wax in the base of the jar. By burning the candle to the base will cause the wick tab to get really really really hot and can cause the jar to crack and if the flame hasnt gone out it can burn what you have it sitting on!!... Secondly.... see the black around the jar, this is caused by burning your candle for too long without trimming your wick. You must trim your wick every time you light the candle and during extended burn times ( Max 4hours). If mushrooming occurs like in the picture above you must trim the wick. Just blow out the candle let it sit for 5 minutes, trim the wick and relight the candle!! Following these steps will result in a good clean burning candle.

It is strong, but its the first burn so Im sure it will settle down. I wasnt expecting it to smell so good, a nice little surprise
