25.01.2022 So there is two places left for the yoga retreat this Sunday as two people had to pull out, if anyone is interested please message me usually $95 when paid late however, $80 up until the day if you would like to come. The day consists of a vinyasa style yoga practice, some breath work and meditation, vegetarian style lunch and some restorative yoga. This is a great introduction to yoga if you have never done or a chance to try some different styles of yoga. #healthybody #yogagoals #yogainspiration. #yogaislife
