05.01.2022 Hi Everyone, wow how things can change over a week! Obviously the Coronavirus is very worrying and a lot of businesses owners are starting to take precautions to keep themselves and staff safe. As a virtual business owner I take for granted the fact that I am set up to work remotely and I know this isn't the case for everyone. If you start seeing a drop in enquiries or sales, use this down time wisely by starting to implement systems that help you work remotely. I'm always... available for advice, but here are some tips to get you going; 1. Look at Project Management tools like 'Clickup' this is a great way to get all your projects on a cloud based platform so you can log in from anywhere and make sure everything and everyone is on track. This is a useful tool in order to get an overview of what the whole team are working on. 2. Set up a free account on a video conferencing service i.e. Zoom. If you aren't used to doing your meetings over Zoom let me know and I can do a test meeting with you and talk you through the features. 3. Have a look at https://clickup.com/.com There are many different project management tools available but the free version of this platform allows unlimited projects and unlimited users. It also offers different views so you can view everything in a list, as project boards or even in a calendar view.... I will talk more about Project Management Tools in future, but this is a great way to get started, so turn those thoughts into project boards (or lists) and start freeing up your mind for the task at hand.
