15.01.2022 Hi Everyone. As you have already been informed that we are refunding all who has paid for entries for VPAC 2020. This is just a friendly reminder that not everyone who has entered has returned back the Refund Form . An email was sent to everyone who had entered our comp and paid. We require this to return money back to you. ... For the ones who have responded and returned form (thankyou). We will be issuing refunds this week. An email will be sent to you with a copy of the remittance. Apologies for the delay. Stay Safe, look after each other and stay home if you can!

Thanks for all the messages coming through, but we still don't have definite confirmation that we can run in September. ... The health and safety of everyone is our number one priority and we hope to have an update on this pages asap. In the event that we have to cancel VPAC for 2020, we will contact all competitors that have entered and paid and will refund in full. 07.01.2022 Dear everyone, as with all event organizers around the country, we are keeping up with the COVID-19 situation as it is unfolding and changing with each passing day. We know how stressful the current situation is to everyone and we share your concerns. VPAC's top priority is the health and welling of its competitors, teachers, families, volunteers and adjudicators. As VPAC is scheduled for September, we are remaining quietly optimistic that we may still be able to go ahead as ...planned but we are mindful of the restrictions that have been placed and may still be in place for some time. Our entries are open and we are scheduling the program as planned.We will continue to listen to the expert advise from state and federal health authorities, and, in the event that VPAC does not go ahead, the committee WILL refund entry fees received so far. It is a time of worry and uncertainty and no one knows what the coming months will bring to us. Please look after each other and reach out to family and friends who may not be coping so well. We have heard the saying many times now... "we're all in this together".........stay safe, stay home.

05.01.2022 Evening all, This is probably not coming as a surprise to you. We have been prolonging the inevitable and as we see the current situation of COVID-19 continues to worsen, it is becoming more apparent that access to the theatre and facilities to accommodate us all is diminishing.... So with a heavy heart, VPAC will not be running this year In regards to entries received, we will be refunding in full and be contacting all who has sent entries through. We appreciate all your overwhelming love and support. We look forward to 2021 being absolutely huge.
