Bob Hill’s actions led to the subsequent deaths of three other police officers. ... Bob Hill shot Graeme Jensen dead and police planted a defective firearm in Jensen’s lap. The double ambush retribution murders of Tynan and Eyre in Walsh Street a night later and the suicide of detective John Hill (no relation) followed. After Detective John Hill was charged with something along the line of ‘conspiracy to pervert the course of justice’ when he was tasked to investigate / cover up the Jensen police homicide.
