23.01.2022 GUESS WHAT! Full contact training is back from today. So make sure your shin guards and gloves are in your bag. You never know what Sensei has installed for us. 20.01.2022 Osu guys we have had a couple of people pull out of tonight there are still spots for kids class at 5.30pm and seniors at 6.30pm at Lethebridge Dojo

19.01.2022 Last week of training this week. Monday night will train 5.30 at tennis courts it will be hot so tshirts welcome. And final session will be Wednesday night 5.45pm start followed but our Christmas break up if you would like to come please let me know for catering purposes osu.

18.01.2022 Tomorrow night is starting at 5.45pm with training to go for approximately 45mins. Parents are welcome to watch. Please bring a change of clothes for dinner. Also if you wish to bring something savoury or sweet to share that would be great. BYO drinks.

17.01.2022 GUESS WHAT! We are back in Bannockburn dojo tomorrow night with a limit of 20. Starting with kids at 5.30 to 6.15pm Seniors 6.30pm to 7.30pm... These classes will need to booked. I will also need to ask parents if the class is full to just drop and pick there children up. We will have a couple of parent spots for our new students. $10 casual please wear a mask inside if not training. Osu

16.01.2022 We will be having a Christmas party after training next Wednesday night all students and families are welcome. We just need numbers by end of this week for catering. Also if you wish to bring a plate of a savoury or sweet dish.

14.01.2022 Great news we can have up to 104 people in the Bannockburn dojo. Not that will probably ever need that but you never know. So we have plenty of room for training tonight osu

13.01.2022 Looks like some great news coming from Dan. We will still be training outdoors on Mondays at the tennis courts for the moment at 5.30pm training open to all. I will make a call to the council to see what's happening with the Bannockburn hall and hopefully we can get back in there Wednesday. Plus we might be able to have a Christmas party ... I will keep you all posted osu.

04.01.2022 Osu all we are back in the hall with a double class. We will be training at Lethebridge dojo tomorrow night 11th Nov, Kids class 5.30pm to 6.15pm and Seniors 6.30pm to 7.15pm. ... We will be just doing casual payments for the rest of the term $10 per class 10% discount for families. Cash on arrival. We will be limiting numbers so classes will need to be booked in.
