11.01.2022 With the Australasian Road Rescue Challenge less than two weeks away training scenarios have been really testing the team. Here are some photos from our weekend training - you can even see the lengths our ‘casualty’ has gone to to make the scenarios as realistic as possible.

09.01.2022 Not a bad way to start the day in Hamilton. Up at the crack of dawn today for our final run. Photos to follow.

08.01.2022 Today's learning symposium included heavy vehicle familiarisation and stabilisation, extrication techniques and the dissection of hearts and lungs to better understand how they function. A very interesting day! We start the competition tomorrow with 2 events - we'll let you know how we go!!

04.01.2022 Well that was chilly... A great training session for the team tonight as the fog rolled in. Challenging stabilisation and a big airbag lift were successfully managed to remove our unfortunate ‘casualty’ who ended up trapped under the car on a bike. The ‘driver’ of the car was also safely extricated after being suspended in the seatbelt.... Great job team - I hope you’ve all thawed out!
