19.01.2022 Doing another vinyl plank floor this week for a really nice couple , cudnt do this everyday too hard on the knees and back .

16.01.2022 Customer purchased a caravan with annexe attached but cudnt close and lock the slider the frame was way out of square due to slab being lifted by tree roots. Had to remove it and cut the opening further in the rh top cnr . Then pack it up by 50 mm to get it square again and the door to close perfectly . The client will have to trim across bottom to hide the new gap .

13.01.2022 I haven’t posted much on here for a while been doing a lot of maintenance for holiday letting businesses and not a lot of interesting things . An old friend of ours wanted privacy at her front door from the street and wanted a timber screen .

08.01.2022 Been doing a house at Middleton needing quite a bit of gyprock repairs

06.01.2022 Replaced a roof on a shack at middleton the other day , its amazing how much the salt spray Corrodes the screws in particular and in turn the roof directly in contact with the screws so I used screws that have twice the corrosion protection of Class 4 . Hopefully they last a bit longer.

06.01.2022 I installed a new lock mechanism on a shack on HI last week . I put it all on same as it was initially they had two sliding doors both were same way . I was unsure if the outside grip was meant to face this way , logic said not. My phone had gone flat and nothing on the install instructions. Got home and got onto mr google he said the opposite . The owners said they had never been changed from house being built and said to leave it , saves me a trip back.
