24.01.2022 Nice morning on the water for the Discover Sailing at Victor learn to sail group. 22C, about 10kts of wind and clear blue skies. Chat to Ian Porteous or any of the VHYC committee members about our learn to sail courses.

24.01.2022 Huge shout of thanks to the crew who put in the hard yards to make last night a success. 80 in attendance. Haven't seen a Friday night at the club like that in about 20 years. Great venue. Great meal. Great people. Great weather. Even Covid couldn't spoil that.

20.01.2022 One of the best days at VHYC. Started the morning with a new Discover Sailing class. 11 new and returning sailors took to the water for their first sail under instruction from Pete Thiele. Huge support from Tristan, Simon, Shane and Layla, Bodhi, Tony, Julie, Kai, Mick, and Ian to get this group on water safely.

14.01.2022 All set for the Christmas dinner to start. The clubrooms look great. The tunes have started and the drinks are flowing. We’ve got our COVID marshalls monitoring attendance, social distancing and drinking sitting down.
