Our clients, their health and well being are, and always have been, our priority. Our Massage Therapists are carefully selected and highly skilled. A business that does not provide a quality service would not survive in the current economic climate. The fact that our business has continued to thrive and gro...w despite the economic downturn being experienced by most businesses in W.A is testament to the high level of quality service and outstanding results achieved by our therapists for our valued clients. We wish to assure all concerned that the individual involved was not a massage therapist but, in fact, a member of the administrative staff. His comments were highly inappropriate and unprofessional and we fully understand and share in the offense caused. We ask, however, that those posting equally abusive and offensive comments directed toward our staff in retaliation, please understand that this unfortunate situation is in no way reflective of the attitudes and opinions of the committed, professional and hardworking management and staff of V.P.S.M.C who are as equally upset and offended by the conduct of our ex-colleague as yourselves.
