24.01.2022 We've had a couple of exciting project milestones this week - PACT Construction has been announced as our builder, and we also opened our display suite. We hope to see you over the weekend - it's a great opportunity to have a look inside the heritage building.

23.01.2022 Our community survey showed the top five amenities you’d like to have within walking distance are a local coffee shop, deli or providore, open green space, a bakery and wine bar. We’ll be looking to introduce some exciting new locally owned businesses to the area at Victoria House.

20.01.2022 Meet Patrick of FINESPUN, whose smiling face always brings great energy to our project team. Patrick, along with Palassis Architects, is overseeing the adaptive reuse of the existing building, which will see Victoria House reimagined to suit modern uses while being sympathetic to its history. According to Patrick, the philosophy is very much about having a 'light touch' - "It's a fine balance of letting the historical buildings shine and telling the story, whilst opening up c...ritical elements to increase functionality and permeability." We'll be sharing more from Patrick about his approach and what he sees in terms of the value that heritage brings to a project. 09.01.2022 Meet Jimmy, Design Director at award-winning practice MJA Studio. He's the lucky guy who gets to be the dreamer; the concept designer who helps write a new narrative for Victoria House. When talking to Jimmy about the project, it's clear the existing heritage building and how it melds with the new architecture will create something special. While most projects take a long time to fit within their neighbourhood, Victoria House is going to feel established from day dot because it retains heritage structures and mature trees with community assets set among them.
