01.01.2022 The Wedderburn Goldfield District Map has been updated to include Gold Nuggets found around the Rheola goldfields. Rheola, or Berlin as it was previously called, was famous for the unusual number and large size of the nuggets found. At Berlin Flat the miners didn’t wash the dirt but merely turned over the ground with shovels and picked up the nuggets.
