17.01.2022 For those who have nominated for the practice day this weekend. Blue Ribbon Raceway Date: Saturday November 7th. 1pm -7pm Gates open: 8:30am ... All cars in the pit by 11am Cost: $100 per car (including 3 pit crew) Daylighting and engine checks will begin at 10:00. There will be no allocated time for individual cars. When you arrive please prepare your car for the relevant checks. Daylighting - Hood removed - Air filter loose - All safety gear For whistle testing - Spark plugs loose - inlet manifold bolts drilled Computer testing -Injector plugs removed from injectors -Unplug DFI module The track has requested details of drivers and crew before the day. Teams are to facebook message the VWS name, address (as it appears on drivers licences) and phone number off all team members attending on the day. Please have this submitted by Friday night.

16.01.2022 Nyora Practice Day Date: Saturday 28th of November. Limited nominations still available for wingless 16 cars only. 8 spots left. Time: 4pm start. Gates will be open at 1pm Nominations close Sunday 23rd November (no late nominations). Please nominate via the VWS web page. Cost: $125 per driver (increased fee is to cover ambulance)... Drivers who have nominated to Nyora are already nominated. Please contact the VWS if you no longer wish to participate. There will be NO daylighting/whistle testing on the day. Guy Millar will be hosting a daylighting day this coming Saturday 22nd November from 12pm at D&F racing products in Carrum Downs. Please contact the club via facebook if you require a time. Note: Any car that needs to be daylighted must have it done before the practice day or they will not be permitted to practice.
