Here's what you need to know: A QR code has now been developed and issue...d for the RNA grounds - it will be printed and posted at the entry points to the grounds plus around the courts. ALL spectators need to register as they enter and then they must check out on departure from the grounds. It is very simple to do: Step 1 - SCAN Use the camera or QR Code Reader on your phone to scan the QR code. If you are unable to scan on your phone camera, you can simply click on the link below which will take you to the checkin page, then save it as a favourite for future reference. (https://my.evacheckin.com/4912xeci) Step 2 - ENTER YOUR DETAILS Complete the details on the web page i.e. name, phone and email address, repeat for all members of the family/group Check in is now complete!! 08.01.2022 This weekend will be a first for us all, we are learning together to abide by the rules whilst still enabling our superstars to get their time on the court. Few tips to assist the process Keep to the 1.5m Social distancing. Scorers BYO Pen.... Use the Entry and Exit points, please don't exit through the entry point or vis versa QR Codes will be displayed around the courts for the purpose of checking in and checking out, as we do not want to create congestion at the entry. Turn up game ready; cut nails, apply sunscreen, remove jewellery and watches ect at home. PLEASE NOTE: Sunscreen and nail clips will not be available from the control room. The principle of Get In, Play and Get Out will be encouraged all season. If you have any questions or concerns please direct them to your managers, if they don't have the answer, we will be sure to help get the answer with you. Huge Thanks to Leanne Mills our Club COVID Coordinator, thank you for helping us navigating thought the red tape of it all. 01.01.2022 T'was a week before Christmas, And all through the town, People wore masks, That covered their frown. The frown had begun... Way back in the Spring, When a global pandemic Changed everything. They called it corona, But unlike the beer, It didn’t bring good times, It didn’t bring cheer. Airplanes were grounded, Travel was banned. Borders were closed Across air, sea and land. As the world entered lockdown To flatten the curve, The economy halted, And folks lost their nerve. From March to July We rode the first wave, People stayed home, They tried to behave. When summer emerged The lockdown was lifted. But away from caution, Many folks drifted. Now it’s December And cases are spiking, Wave two has arrived, Much to our disliking. It’s true that this year Has had sadness a plenty, We’ll never forget The year 2020. And just ‘round the corner - The holiday season, But why be merry? Is there even one reason? To decorate the house And put up the tree, Who will see it, No one but me. But outside my window The rain gently falls, And I think to myself, Let’s deck the halls! So, I gather the ribbon, The garland and bows, As I play those old carols, My happiness grows.
