Recovery and rebuilding must be done in the context of our changing climate, which calls for complementary mitigation and adaptation strategies to rebuild, recover and provide hope. 16.01.2022 Victoria Town Planning has signed up to offer planning skills/advice gratis (or at a reduced fee rate) to those who have lost homes and outbuildings in the fires.
