18.01.2022 Some housekeeping for tomorrow's FAREWELL 2020 BASH & BBQ event. VENUE Wonthaggi YMCA Pool... SCHEDULE 12noon: PLAYER REGISTRATION 12:25: TEAM ALLOCATIONS 12:35pm: GAMES COMMENCE 2:30pm: GAMES CONCLUDE 2:45pm: SOCIAL BBQ COSTS & PLAYER REGISTRATION The event is FREE but formal registration for all players will be done at the entry to the pool. There have been some issues with the YMCA QR system so we will be taking player details manually (this will also include information to meet COVID contact tracing obligations). All players should be VUHC/AUF members. We encourage people to join/renew prior (via the AUF website) but volunteers will be available on the day to assist with this process. TOURNAMENT FORMAT The event will be a quickfire round robin tournament with mixed teams (selected on the day). Depending on player numbers it will likely be 5-6 per side with 10min games. BBQ (held at YMCA Wonthaggi) A social BBQ will be held near the pool afterwards. Food will be FREE but a gold coin donation would be appreciated for drinks.
