25.01.2022 The reason why I stopped posting on Facebook and The news I wanted to share - When I moved to Sydney I had one goal in mind and in the middle of the pandemic like a silver lining good things happened, I became an Australian citizen and I got accepted into The Bachelor of Health Science in Myotherapy. - I’ll be specialising in Physical Therapy focusing on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and associated pathologies;Of course I will be ...applying my knowledge into the Yoga practice. - One of the reasons why I stopped sharing posts is that really I’m not interested in posting a pretty picture/video or a story of me that doesn’t have a meaningful message. I rather prefer sharing my experiences and knowledge in the most honest way, reason why I ask you to see this page as a community as well, where you can feel welcome to ask questions, I will be more than happy to help you. - I will be teaching private classes through Zoom, where the focus is to teach you how to build up a long term and safe Yoga practice based on YOUR own anatomy, and lifestyle so you can practice at home in the most successful way.
