02.01.2022 The journey to self-confidence is long and takes work. It starts with being completely comfortable and appreciating yourself exactly as you are right now, today. Only then can you make changes and grow because, you believe you are worth it, valuable and deserve to be better everyday. This is what I tell my clients who say "I wish I was confident, but I am just not at the right weight yet" or they feel uncomfortable about their body some how.
