14.01.2022 WHY USE VIDEODATA TO LIVE STREAM YOUR EVENT? Live streaming has become very popular as a way of including people in events, who could not attend any other way. This has been popular with business for conferences and meetings but also with families for milestone events and one off events such as funerals. There are many ways to very simply live stream but do we think about the experience for the people on the receiving end of the live stream. Simply using a stationary camera ...from a phone may give you a picture and sound but what is received at the other end? Is the audience getting the whole picture or just some of the picture? Is people movement interrupting the picture? Is the sound good or are the speeches being interrupted by noises closer to the phone? Is the phone too far away from the speaker to pick them up clearly or are they quietly spoken and not easily picked up by the phone microphone? Did the live stream audience miss the PowerPoint presentation on the big screen because the camera was in the wrong spot? Using VideoData to do your live streaming may be more expensive but it can solve so many of these problems and improve the quality of the production to improve the experience for those people so far away. We can provide better quality cameras (manned), provide microphones for all the speakers to minimise any noise interference and integrate the feed for any PowerPoint presentations directly into the live stream. If the event is important enough to live stream to those significant others, shouldn't their experience be important too.

08.01.2022 While 2020 has not been the greatest year it has been nice seeing events coming back and more recently seeing the borders open so Australians will be free to move about.

04.01.2022 While VideoData Staging & Hire did not get a mention in the newspaper article, it was VideoData's projector hard at work that made this event such a success. As the event was in Tenterfield NSW our projector has it's own COVID story about crossing the border and then trying to return to Qld during a lockdown.
