25.01.2022 A bit of deadlifts from last week. Stephen and Cameron are both preparing for their first comp at the GPC Summer Classic. Stephen pulling 185kg x4, which is 5kg under his 1rm 12 weeks ago! Cam pulled 225kg for a set of 5 then a set of 4 (video) which is a 5kg pb. I went 260kg for 5, which is an equal PB. 11 weeks til ProRawNine.... #VidicStrength #StrongStrongerStrongest

20.01.2022 Last squat session before comp and the boys killed it. Excitement and fatigue are at an all time high, but they got the job done. Stephen went 179kg for an easy double, while Cameron squatted 206kg for a conservative single. Big PB's and more to come at the summer classic! #VidicStrength #StrongStrongerStrongest

01.01.2022 Second last squat session for Steve and Cameron before GPC Summer Classic. Steve got a double of 173kg, huge PB. Cameron tripled 198kg, which is 7kg under his previous 1rm. Both are looking good to set some big PB's! I hit 193kg for 8, felt easier than I thought it would and moved fairly fast.... #VidicStrength #StrongStrongerStrongest
