02.01.2022 We are definitely not letting this pandemic stop us from bringing some great Vietnamese classics! com tam dac biet! Rice with grilled pork, shredded poor skin, pork and egg cake, and a fried egg! This is definitely is a popular favourite for many and we expect these to go out pretty fast!... Unfortunately broken rice is hard to come because we have to go to Sydney to get it. This version will be using Vietnamese jasmine rice for the time being! We hope to have broken rice next week! Reminder, no dine in available so we popped a photo of this dish in a take away box This meal takes a lot of prep and time to cook, so it might not be around when this is pandemic is over. 02.01.2022 Wow! After 2 weeks of opening to 10 only dine in customer we have seen lots of familiar faces sitting down and we have been kept very busy! Great news is from tomorrow restrictions have eased and we can seat a few more plus put some more staff back on. Our shop is tiny so we can’t actually seat many more than 10 because we have to maintain the 1.5m social distance rule. There have been lots of changes at the shop in order to comply with the restrictions and you will notice w...hen you come! Please wait patiently and be understanding of the changes, these changes have to occur if we are to open our doors. Last thing! Thank you for all the delivery orders over the past months but we are going to slowly fade out the delivery system because there has been a significant decrease since dine became available. We will no longer deliver to blackheath. We will continue to deliver to the other 4 suburbs for the time being. Sorry blackheath!
