16.01.2022 Where do we start to recommend Kelly for rental property for a family of six reflective of four generations and two dogs migrating from NSW to the Sunshine Coast. A more difficult instruction I am sure Kelly has never received but what a professional - she inspected, trawled the agencies and internet for suitable properties, videoed her inspections, ensured the properties inspected were in close proximity to School for our youngest granddaughter and all during the Christmas madness but she shone through, found us a property that ticked all the boxes and then some.

13.01.2022 I started this adventure when I moved here from NSW and I couldn't find Rentals easy nor could I attend viewings. So when I finally moved here I knew I had to help others just like myself. So here's what I do: I will help you search all over the Internet and local pages to find your next property. Or if you have seen some you love that's also great. I will book myself in to the viewings and then take all the photos or even a short video or even a video call so you can see. I can measure rooms/door openings if you have large furniture ect. I will tell the agent I'm here on your behalf and all about you and what your looking for. I have had a lot of lovely happy clients so let me help you today.
