04.01.2022 This is Jen here - one half of the View of the Valleys team. I'd like to tell you about the other half of our two-person team - Julie Robertson. Julie is our Creative Director. While I'm running around talking to people and taking photos and writing stories, Julie is quietly working away in the background designing the pages for each edition of the magazine. She is a brilliant designer as you can see from this sample of pages. The colours, the fonts, the photo arrangement, the banners ... every single page is thoughtfully and beautifully presented. Julie doesn't know I'm writing this post but I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate her professionalism and her passion, her talent and creativity. I'm so very grateful.
