22.01.2022 Hi All Photographers, It is a sad day for Vigex, we have had to postpone our 2020 Digital Salon. Due to the Covid19 problems and restrictions, it has become necessary to move it to 2021. We tried to organise it as a remotely judged Salon but there have been so many hurdles to cross! When we have details sorted out we will let you all know the new timetable.... So, you have more time to get some great shots for entry in the new year. So sorry but we look forward to seeing your images then. See more

If you haven't please contact [email protected] For Victorian (AUS) people , there is a free public exhibition of all awarded prints which will be held between 27th July 2019 and 11th August 2019 at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, 51 Little Malop St, Geelong VIC 3220 Library is open 8am-8pm weekdays and 10am-5pm weekends

14.01.2022 The free public exhibition of all awarded prints has finished at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre. Thanks to all the people who attended the opening & the exhibition. A digital slide show of all acceptances will be presented in three public displays at the following locations: Geelong Camera Club, 1 Barwon Heads Rd. Belmont, Victoria.... 03.01.2022 This is the Official Statement........................................... VIGEX Digital Salon 2020 has been cancelled due to COVID-19 Regrettably Vigex has decided to cancel its 2020 Digital Salon. We have seen here a rapid escalation in the range of restrictions we must now observe in the fight against COVID-19. With the impact of the virus in Australia predicted to peak around the time of our planned judging and the ongoing tightening of restrictions on gatherings, we h...ave cancelled our 2020 salon for the health and safety of all involved. We thank all our entrants for their support. We will be refunding all entry fees. We hope to see your work once again in Vigex 2021, which will be a digital salon with a similar schedule to our abandoned 2020 salon. We apologise for any inconvenience and wish all entrants and supporters well - take care and observe Governmental health authorities’ advice as we battle our way through this pandemic together.
02.01.2022 Up date on Our Print Salon 2019. We have started to receive images for the upcoming Salon. Already we have entries from England the United States, Europe as well as local Australian entrants. So have a think about your entry and what you can enter, and get them into the post. We look forward to receiving many more.
