13.01.2022 Eddie Peters performance at VikingVisions Pty Ltd Geelongs Got Talent 2016. Eddie Peters is from Thursday Island in the Torres Straits. An accomplished musician, dancer, multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter, he has a long performance history of playing in many different idiomswith performances including original material through to traditional Torres Strait Islander music and dance. His song Tamilla received an international award from the Toronto Exclusive Magazine, and he has twice been the recipient of the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry Award for Services to the Community.
