And all the suffering is coming from our personality, and we are responsible for our own suffering, not the others, only us. It's very difficult to accept and to understand it and sometimes even if you know that, sometimes it's very hard to remember that when our person is experiencing negative emotions. Once we really get to experience universal love, once we really ...connect with our isness, our true self our deep essence, then we understand that actually every thing is divine and there is no need to fight anymore. Even the bad persons who hurt you are divine, even the bad things that happens to you are divine. Without bad things we could not awake and not develop our spiritual muscles. Everything and every one is useful and divine as it is. And if we remember that, even in the extreme situations, if we remember that, we can then suffer much much less and only for a little moment.
