12.01.2022 We are currently investigating issues with our phones that are seeing some calls unable to get through to a Village number. This appears to be an issue with the external line provider AAPT who has escalated the issue within their engineering team. Calls to our main business number 03 5971 1349 are being received and internal to external calls are also working. If you need to speak to someone in the Village and your call is not getting through, please call our main number 0359711349 and our Receptionist will be happy to transfer your call.
09.01.2022 The telephone issue has now been resolved by AAPT and all inbound landline calls to the Village are now functioning as normal. Thankyou for your patience and understanding while this unexpected external issue was resolved.
