25.01.2022 Need ankle support??? Try out the push sports brace, why?? - super comfy fabric - wraps around like ankle strapping, to give support - fits into your joggers/footy boots ... - easy to get on and off! - some compression which can help with swelling If you need more support (eg. following a significant ankle sprain/fracture) then you may want to try the other push braces that we stock!

24.01.2022 On the 8th day of Christmas, my physio gave to me, lots of variety in the gym. Our gym has been very busy of late with clients working through their various programs prior to a break over Christmas.... We love seeing our clients enjoying our gym space and watching them improve their movement patterns.

21.01.2022 I hate using the C word again.... But here we are. Covid. Due to the recent cases in the illawarra we have implemented some new practices. We are now asking visitors to sign in using the service nsw app. This is to streamline this process for everyone. What do you need to do? 1. Download the service nsw app... 2. Scan the barcode on the front door on your arrival (if your phone does not recognise the barcode then you may need to download a QR & barcode reader, this is common with samsung phones) 3. If you have no idea what you are doing, then just ask! We are also wearing masks during sessions as we cannot abide by the 1 person per 4 square meters ruling (unless we treat you from very far away....) so would greatly appreciate if you bought one with you. Thank you, Village Physio Team

17.01.2022 On the 7th day of Christmas, My physio gave to me, A Christmas party to round out the year! Our team celebrated Christmas together last night with lots of drink, food and laughter.... This team has been incredible this year showing strength, resilience and teamwork to get through such a tough 2020. I cannot thank them enough for all their hardwork. Looking forward to whats coming in 2021 for Village Physio.

17.01.2022 On the 9th day of Christmas, My physio gave to me, A gift giving tree. Our team and clinic community hosted a gift giving tree for the Salvation Army this year. We cannot thank everyone for their generosity this year. We were able to help make many other people's Christmas brighter as a result.... Doing something for others is a great way to lift the spirits after a tough 2020.

17.01.2022 Have you or do you set new years resolutions?? After 2020, I was not sure that it was a good idea... But perhaps you want to exercise more, lose that tummy poodge etc etc. But if your like me that commitment often fades as the year goes on.... So this year, I am trying a new concept. Inspired by Erica Webb Yoga & Pilates. So here's the question. ... 1. How do you want to feel in 2021? - calm, less tense, at ease? - strong and symmetrical? - fit? 2. And what steps can you take to get there? Everyday remembering, how do you want to feel??? Does that (coffee, cake, sleep in, overtime at work, holiday etc.) help you towards that feeling?

16.01.2022 On the 6th day of Christmas, my physio sent to me, six chi balls a stackin' These are a great addition to your pilates work adding both an added strength and balance challenge.

07.01.2022 WE ARE READY!!! The clinic is freshly cleaned and organised to welcome all our clients back on Monday.

04.01.2022 This is EXCITED with a face mask on.... The first working week of 2021 is almost done!! And we have been busy. Our new physio Bridget is into it, we have organised our clinical Pilates classes (starting on the 18th of January) and our brains are back into work mode!... We look forward to seeing your smiling faces? (eyes...) soon, Village Physio Team

02.01.2022 On the 5th day of Christmas, my physio sent to me, five pilates magic circles! Most people either love or hate the circle when it is added to your pilates practice.
