We are a distal needling (tung and tan) and jimmy chang style pulse clinic where we all treat the same and share clients. Interest and previous experience in these styles are a bonus but not necessary. You will be trained internally to meet those standards. This is our clinic's biggest strength a...s we are able to share clients' cases and go on holidays knowing that both our clients will be looked after and still be there when we return. We have a full training and mentorship program to train you in everything from marketing, client management and progression in Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. We will take you from your first day learning how to manage the front desk to treating 3 people an hour and beyond, so that you can then give back and support the next generation of practitioners coming up We meet regularly as a team and do our own internal training as well as team bonding. As a new member you will have one-on-one training regularly as well as supervised treatments on yourself, other practitioners and clients to help bring you up to speed as quickly as possible. We are looking for a new graduate or similar, but any great candidate will be seriously considered. The role is for a full time Chinese Medicine Practitioner, with above award wages, which includes a paid 38 hour week, annual leave, sick leave and superannuation plus a bonus structure.
