12.01.2022 A short stroll to the Boat Club, marina, pier, restaurants and the famous fresh seafood outlet. The lounge has four recliner chairs, a 40" television with Foxtel connected and Netflix compatibility. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size wardrobe, a desk & chair and a 32" tv. Second bedroom has a double bed and a single loft bed. Use of the loft bed is restricted to persons over 6 years of age and under 70kg in weight; regardless persons using the loft do so at their... own risk. There is also a small table & 2 cushioned stools, bedside tables with large drawers & hanging space plus a small tv for the kids. Dining is for four inside (extra seat available on request) or for six outside. BBQ beside the pool enjoying a dip between courses or on the privacy of your own deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner stove, electric oven, microwave, bread maker and full size fridge. All pots, plates and cutlery are included. Plus there's a range of herbs & spices as well as olive oil. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer with washing detergent & stain remover included. The bathroom & toilet are separate and there is both a shower and a bath for the little ones. The front deck has a dining table and seating for six and is an absolutely delightful place for meals with family & guests or a glass of wine / cold beer at sunset. Breakfast includes 3 types of cereals plus tubs of fruit, freshly baked bread with condiments, bacon, eggs, baked beans and an assortment of milks, coffees, teas and cordials. Includes unlimited free wifi. Other things to note If you are booking in with a pet, you will need to bring your own bed linen. Pets cannot be left unattended if they get distressed alone HOWEVER we offer a pet sitting service (FOC) upon request.
